1. Choose how many crates you need for your move.
2. Book your crates on a weekly hire basis.
3. Pay the weekly hire fee plus a refundable $200 deposit per rental.
4. Your crates will be delivered 1 week before your rental period or scheduled move date.
5. Each crate includes 2 cable ties at no additional charge so you can secure it closed.
6. Pack, stack and move your belongings with less hassle.
7. When you are finished, book a collection and we will collect the crates within 48 hours from the time the collection booking is made.

Crates are hired on a weekly basis, giving you the flexibility to pack at your own pace. Whether you need crates for a quick move or a longer packing period, weekly hire makes it easy to keep everything organised. If you need extra time, your rental may be extended subject to availability and additional weekly charges.

Your crates will be delivered 1 week before your rental period or scheduled move date, giving you time to pack properly before moving day. Once your move is complete, simply book a collection and the crates will be collected within 48 hours from the time the collection booking is made.

Crates are for local move use only and must not be used for interstate moves.

All crates must be returned clean and free from dirt, food residue, rubbish or other materials. If crates are returned unclean, a cleaning charge of $5 per crate will be deducted from the deposit or charged to the customer.

Please do not draw on, write on, paint or permanently mark the crates. If you need to label them, use masking tape only and remove all tape and labels before returning the crates.

Each crate is supplied with 2 cable ties to help secure it closed, provided at no additional charge.

All damaged crates will incur a replacement fee of $35 per crate. This fee may be deducted from the deposit or charged to the customer.

A refundable deposit of $200 is required for each rental. The deposit is refunded once all hired crates are returned on time, in good condition, clean and free from writing, markings, tape or labels. Charges may apply if crates are lost, damaged, not returned, returned late, returned unclean, permanently marked or require replacement.
